Looking for some motivation. Did anyone hit a growth spurt after age 19? Or any late growth spurt?

For me it was weird. I had growth pain in my left knee when I was 13 (I was one of the shortest in my class). I went to the doctor because I was concerned about my soccer carreer (I was playing in a good team and I had some chances), he said my time was over because I was growing too fast (hitting a huge growth spurt). The weird part is...i didnt really notice any growth, at least, i didnt notice a big difference. I continued being one of shortest in my class. So, 1 year later I moved to another school (high school) and when I was in 11 grade I though I was finished growing. When I finished high school, I meet with some of my Middle School friends (they were among the tallest in the class at the time, probably around 3 inches taller than me) and I realized that I was taller then them (~2inches). So I dont even know if i reached any grow spurth rofl.

Still Growing
I have a 17 yr. old son who’s just turned 17. He was measured at his last visit to be 6”3/4 with shoes off. As a sophomore he was listed at 5”10 with shoes on. Doc say growth plates are still open and he have at least three years of growing left. That will have him at 20 before growth plates close that’s crazy. There is no clear cut way to predict someone’s height but docs are saying he will be at a minimum of 6”4 and could possible do 4 inches a year for the next two years. All I can ask is are there any other growth spurts like that. Is this normal or not?
