    Hows my general eating for bulking?

    133-135 lbs 5'7

    Breakfast: small bowl of oatmeal 150 cal 27g carb
    reg. bowl of honey bunches of oats almonds included w/ milk 250 cal 40g carb + 150 cal 15g protein 7.5g fat
    granola bar 300 cal 55g carb 10g fat


    Lunch: 8 oz Milk 100 cal 10g protein 5g fat
    turkey sandwich 300 cal 20g protein 20g carb
    bowl of 1/4 rice 1/4 chicken 1/2 veg 475 cal 35g protein 47g carb

    Dinner: PB half honey half jelly Sandwich 500 cal 20g fat 10g protein 70g carb
    12 oz milk 150 cal 15g protein 7.5g fat

    total: 2345 cal 110g protein 259g carb 60g fat

    Snacks: Fruits, almonds: 120 cal 10g fat, protein shake when needed

    I want to know if there is anything I should add/remove from my diet.

    Add two more meals with whey and yogurt. Still watch white breads and too much sugar. Moderate fats, moderate protein and plenty of low glycemic carbohydrates will do the trick. Whole milk is good for this along with sweet potatoes and lots of greens.
