granola bar 300 cal 55g carb 10g fat
Lunch: 8 oz Milk 100 cal 10g protein 5g fat
turkey sandwich 300 cal 20g protein 20g carb
bowl of 1/4 rice 1/4 chicken 1/2 veg 475 cal 35g protein 47g carb
Dinner: PB half honey half jelly Sandwich 500 cal 20g fat 10g protein 70g carb
12 oz milk 150 cal 15g protein 7.5g fat
total: 2345 cal 110g protein 259g carb 60g fat
Snacks: Fruits, almonds: 120 cal 10g fat, protein shake when needed
I want to know if there is anything I should add/remove from my diet.
