Yeah... last scoop.
Will try to get in an ARMS workout later this afternoon if I can. Very busy today, so I don’t know if it’ll happen. There’s always tomorrow. The drink is already mixed up in my bag, so we’ll see
This pre was amazing. Loved it.
Will return to it for sure.
Almost done with my last review on this log - the Pre Extreme. Will probably share on Monday if I can’t get it in this weekend.
The month of January goes till Wednesday of next week. I will continue this log until the end of the month, and continue doing workouts, even without a pre. I have other-brand pres on my shelf, 3-4 different ones, but I want to stick to NutraBio for all my supps on this log. The only thing I mixed in that was not NB was my daily Creatine.
I think I can use a few days of cleaning up without a stim pre, though the Thermo Fuel is at 200mg Caffeine per serving. Oh well...
Arnold Presses felt awesome.
Haven’t done them in forever, so I used them as a warm-up with a little bit smaller numbers.

Good morning Eric.
Saturday’s workout was awesome!
The failure sets at the end of Bis & Tris felt awesome. Just awesome.
That last scoop of Pre Extreme was used well.
Having a pretty tough week at work. Will do my best to get 1-2 workouts in, even wihout a pre. If I cannot, I’ll just do a deload week.
I will still log the products, whatever is left of them, through the end of the month though, as planned.

I was very tired. It is a very busy week for me. I didn’t make it to the gym, but I am glad I got a home workout in. Better than nothing. I had forgotten how TIME CONSUMING it is to change the plates on those dumbbells between sets ... And oh, my push-ups were quite painful after a few weeks of not doing any.

End of Log
FINAL UPDATE
While keeping this log, I did 22 workouts, lost 14.5lbs, and stuck to my nutrition/supplementation plan most of the time. I feel that the $ and time I invested in this was well spent. No regrets. Lots to be thankful for.
