    Wednesday: Hamstrings: No strength

    32x30 right hamstring still tight& not working. Been months now.

    Singles: 4 sets of 14

    1/ 20kg 0k for left leg. right struggle. Cannot hold and lower for 4 seconds.

    2/ 15kg: so light. is ridiculous. for next 3 sets of 14.. still cannot hold the negative even with this weight

    Leg X warm ups..Very rusty as been a while.. singles on 33kg were very hard. 5 mins of up and down the stack.. thorough warm up.

    I read program properly and suppose to do 4 sets of 12 working sets.. Ah but first day back.. would ruin performance in Squats
