Does Juicing take away the soluble fiber when one juices fruits and veggies? I am feeling hella sick at the moment. I am thinking of going out and buying a juicer but just curious do you bros know if it removes the soluble fiber too? Also in stores MOST of the juiced fresh drinks say ZERO for fiber. Maybe cause they are lying and most of those are processed to remove ALL fiber?

Juicing Raw Fruits and Vegetables and Fiber?

As far as I know juicing removes most, if not all, of the fiber. If you want fiber making smoothies would be a better option.

Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit. However, whole fruits and vegetables also have healthy fiber, which is lost during most juicing.
