    Height: 5'8
    Weight: 145-150 (It fluctuates cuz I have poor eating habits)
    Bench Press: 225x2 (MAX, I think I'm subconsciously afraid to lift heavier than this, because I always stop here when pyramiding.)
    Squat: 265x3
    Deadlift: 315x1

    Background:

    I've been lifting sporadically for going on 7 years as you can see, from my poor numbers. Ended up having to take about 2 years off after knee Surgery, injured it playing Football. Went through Rehab, learning to walk the whole 9. Now I'm back working out consistently. School affects my body weight the most as it reduces the amount of meals I can get in (due to back to back classes). Since the winter break began 2 weeks ago, I've already gained 12 pounds, due to me eating normally again. So, things are looking up. I'm a Senior at Uni, and my schedule this semester has a lot of free time for me to eat/lift. I work 45 hours a week, two jobs, and I'm taking 18 credit hours (6 classes) this Spring semester. I wish I could post a pic so that you guys can see my physique. Can anyone help me out w that?

    Anyways, I'll be starting PHAT today. Gonna be a little unorthodox as I missed Yesterday, due to the gyms being closed for Christmas. So I'm going to be doing PHAT these next 4 days(Tuesday-Friday ).
