a) get a draft pick for Dez

or

b) release Dez early in free agency when everyone had their cap space, so that some team could give him a big contract....and get a high comp pick next year.

No team would trade for him at that high contract. They all see it too, he's simply not producing anymore. Blame Dak some if you want, but Dez's injuries, drops and antics played a huge part. Previous 3 seasons = 41 TDs. Last 3 seasons = 17 TDs.

AGain, why would ANY team give him a large contract?? HINT: They won't. 29-yr old WRs w declining numbers don't get big contracts. Period.

Even more so, he's just as guilty as Garrett for Witten still being here.

don't think that's how comp picks work. they'd only get one if his contract was done and they couldn't re-sign him. still, this FO and coaching staff is dumb as FUK.

i love Wit but his numbers aren't in decline like Dez's, rather they are nonexistent. what does he provide for the offense? fukin hell just blow up this whole team. the literal only thing they could do right now to un-piss me off is fire the staff or draft a QB first round.
