Anyone else a fan of the reverse grip bench press to hit a the triceps? I incorporated it into my arm day and felt it it my triceps even more than a close grip bench press.

A lot better on shoulders also

Speaking of OL, trying Reign for the second time tomorrow. 1.5 scoops as it's leg day. If it wasn't leg day, I'd opt for 1 scoop to start. Lets hope for a killer workout!


This morning was Mega Arez + Konnect(been adding to my pre's and loving the added focus). I had to wake up at 2am for a meal and lifted at 3am since I was supposed to work both jobs today(only ended up working the part time job, dad had a bad day). That combination was great this morning and I had a hell of a pull session. Maxed out the row machine, so now it's just increasing plates. Zoned in even with waking up that early. But not a fan of working out that early because the crash later in the day in tough.


That Blue Star greens product looks very well done. Over 12g per scoop. The scoop size of a greens product tells you what you need to know if it's worth using. I shoot for 10g per scoop or double up when taking CL Greens.

I plan to "fix" my strength routine and just do 1 to 2 big compound lifts each day. I lift Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning so only 3 days a week and sometimes I will lift biceps and triceps at home to add a day in. I do them at the gym as well one of the days, typically shoulder press day, but feel I need more than that with them. Anyway I plan Monday to be Bench, row and then accessories like flies or other possibly another upper back row type exercise. Wednesday thinking squats, shrugs and then accessories maybe my biceps and triceps. Friday would be deadlift and lat pulldown with other accessories. I will gladly take advice on making this even better.

Did shoulder press, shrugs, biceps, triceps and lat pulldowns. After this week I am moving to the above mentioned plan. I am loving the super carb and it will be a staple for me every workout. Eating at 2500 calories a day currently and weighed in at 175 yesterday. Hope it's all in the muscles and doesn't start going around the middle like it always likes to.

Lastly this happened just now:





At first the flavor was a bit bitter and sandy/gritty like but the more I drank the better it was. It has a nice lemony tart flavor which I like that leaves a sour after taste I look for. It's not overly sour but enough for me to love it as a lemon labeled supplement. I am feeling very alert and focused right now so working as intended. Definitely a step up from Gamer Up.

New Endur3 flavoring is a massive, massive improvement from the old stuff. Unircorn Blood and Snake Venom are the two flavors I've tried. Highly recommended.

Lemon frost sounds hhhnnnggg. Sounds like it was a good workout, lot of supps went down for that one.

Lol Unicorn's Blood is supposed to be rainbow candy, but it reminds me of the stick part of Fun Dip. Hercules' Balls Sweat is the NoAddedHormones special, it's extra anabolic but YMMV on taste.

Endur3+ was a fantastic formula but I hated the taste too, tbh. The worst was if the Carb10 all settled at the bottom and you were drinking that. New Endur3 tastes NOTHING like that. Massive improvement on taste. Unicorn Blood (rainbow candy) and Snake Venom (passionfruit kiwi) are my favorites, but Dragon's Mist (blue ice pop) has been very popular.
