Likewise brah, I believe you mentioned you and the wife are expecting as well. You are correct, we having twins (2 boys). Room is painted, cribs, rocking chair, and stroller have all been assembled.
Thanks man, I have been trying to however getting more than 6 hours of sleep is tough these days. Yeah, reality hit the other day when we took a breast feeding class and the instructor was going over feeding times and how long it takes, etc..I am thinking fuark my wife and I won't be sleeping at all lol.
Fuark that looks good.
500mg got damn, yeah that would destroy me haha. BTW I am seeing a ton of progress with that set/rep schemeWorkout Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167450201

Glad it's working for you! When I learned that style from JP, I could just tell it would have a lot of benefit vs doing 3x10-12 or pyramiding up/down. I cannot wait to be done with this cut so I can decrease the volume and focus on that style again. Volume has gotten pretty high in my current routine for the extra calorie burn during training.

You know you aren’t resting long enough when you get 5 more reps on the second set using the same weight as the first.

Thanks man, appreciate it! We are expecting but not till May. We'll be finding out the gender in the next few days. No twins on our end, but i'm kind of nervous, so I can imagine how you're feeling right now with two on the way. That said, everyone tells me how amazing it is, so hopefully it just means double the goodness for you and your wife

I was praying for twins the first time around... I'd rather take my medicine all at once. Now we get to relive the first 2 years all over again.
If I had twins, I'd have thrown in the towel immediately... on the spot vasectomy!5/3/1 Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=151996283

Douge: You're the ****ing man. Hooking me up with some mesomorph DMAA to try. Been saying forever I'd get some and then that ordered got cancelled for my SP 250 so I just gave up. I really appreciate it.
Ben/Shoe: you might get lucky. My son did fine with sleeping until a few months after he was born then it was hell for a few months then back to sleeping most of the night. Those months of 2 hours at a time though.... I wouldn't wish that on anyone.AE APE results thread: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144074851&p=867099761&viewfull=1#post867099761

Isn't every pre a 2 scooper for you...
OH WOW that looks so good.
Messed my back up a bit but it's par for the course with my "bad" back and body. Jumped into deadlifts again yesterday and paying for it today. Super surgery repaired knee, if anyone recalls going on it's second round of surgeries, has been acting up past month so not doing much but it's feeling pretty good the past few days but rest of body is sore in so many places.

hahaha "take my medicine all at once", that's hilarious. Congratz on number 2. We'll see how I feel once the kid is here, but as it stands, i'm seriously considering the ol' sniparoo. Maybe I'll change my mind, but the wife and I are hoping for some freedom before we're too old to enjoy it.
That's what i'm scared most of. I don't do well on no sleep. Gonna take some adjusting.Squat and Deadlift

Feels like I did a leg workout yesterday with the amount of deadlifts I did. Strength is without question down but I assume will shoot back up with calories when I reverse diet.

That was the worse part for me and probably the worse I've ever been health wise too. It just absolutely sucked. I became horribly hypoglycemic during that time and noticed issues with blood sugar to the point where one day while waiting for lunch I was certain I was going down while standing there. I'm sure some of it was anxiety too though given how little I was sleeping. As soon as I was able to get back sleeping, it all went away.

I was fine with one... wife never got her period back as she's still breastfeeding and lo and behold that didn't matter much. It is what it is now, she wanted more than one. This is definitely the last though, that's for sure.
Enjoy your sleep now... it will never be the same again. Luckily my wife does all the nighttime waking up but it's still a massive disturbance compared to when I think back to my 20's.5/3/1 Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=151996283

/Someone posted about blood pressure reading at the dentist a couple weeks ago, yes? wade maybe?
Anyway, I was there today, they put a BP cuff on my left wrist just above my watch and got 169/109 or something like that, which is way off base.
Moved to my right wrist, 125/69. She said something to the effect of 'fitting it above the watch I may have made it too tight', or some such. IDK what happened but that was a bogus reading lol

Dang 125/69 is a very good reading, congrats! Some may say the top number is a bit high but not really when your in an office (white coat syndrome) and your a lifter.
I personally have to make sure they use an extra wide cuff and take it at the right place on my arm. If the cuff is too small, I got a completely bogus reading. Just goes to show how touchy those things can be (size of the cuff, location on the arm, etc.).

Those wrist BP monitors aren’t very accurate and no not entirely sure why certain facilities use them.
Also, I’d be getting my BP checked again using an arm cuff machine. A large difference in reading from one arm to the next could mean other health issues going on such as blocked artery.PEScience Representative

From this morning with ErgoPre Max ( 12g ) Raspberry Lemonade
Nutrex Amino Charger+Hydration Mango Berry Lemonade
Spoiler!
Found it to be a bit too sweet but not terribly bad their pre workouts I thought were all much better flavored. It has 6g of BCAAs mixed with a hydration blend of coconut powder and MGG. That Peach Pineapple sounds like a much better flavor than the Mango Berry Lemonade since there wasn't much in the way of a citrus bite to it at all more of a koolaid sweet mango berry.-- Microwaves everyday crew --
