Very nice. I like the Cinnulin. Not a cheap ingredient.

Berberine is nice depending on the purity % being used.

My brother (who is a member of the forum) failed a simple employment drug screen for -something that caused him to fail the test-, while taking Craze, and was fired. I started a thread about it, no accusations, "just sayin' this is what happened", and quite a few people very loudly proclaimed I and/or my brother were obviously lying and trying to smear the name of a good company because the implication of what happened was impossible (as every single thing in the product was on the label and nothing on the label could have done that). So clearly my bother was a Gummy Bears head and we just didn't know or want to admit it. The thread was then deleted (not before I saved it of course)

Please no drug references, it's against forum rules and can result in an automatic 30 day ban.

Is there a reason for Banaba at 1.5g? Can anyone fill me in on that? Examine has one study showing ~50mg of 1% acid and a lot of the GDA I've seen aren't too far from that, but I don't understand the 1.5g of 1%

seems high, slintensity has it at 150mg. Possibly a typo?

It’s 1.5g of extract at 1% corosolic acid. It’s the right amount. Studies have used 99% pure CA at 10mg

There still needs to be more research done in healthy individuals.... even trained healthy individuals would be preferred. IMO

That could be said for almost all of the supplements we take :P Especially when you say "healthy." If one is healthy, I'm sure they eat a pretty balanced diet and are conscious of sleep and such, which may render some other supplements useless.

Not to say I don't take GDA (I've liked RedCon1 RPG), but who knows whether it does anything for me considering I eat fiber on a daily basis and am somewhat lean, etc..

I use and have used GDA's plenty of times. I definitely see and feel the "food pump" when used in connection with a pre-workout meal, but I can honestly say I never felt they kept body composition any better than it either would or wouldn't have been any way that was commiserate with caloric intake and training. Though most guys are like yeah "I can stay so much leaner while eating more carbs", I just dont buy it. I have won natural shows dieting the whole time without them and noticed no difference in gaining phases when using them or not, but I'm not saying they are a waste, just that I dont see you sneaking a better body composition past your own physiology bu using them.

Favorite all-time is slintensity fwiw

Just tried the PES WCR bar and they nailed it again. Both bars are phenomenal, very soft with a good texture from the little crisps in the bars. Probably going to order another 3 or 4 boxes of each.
