    Pre workout on non-training days?

I tried a sample of Gat Sport Nitraflex and was quite impressed. Knocked out 2 extra reps on every exercise Chest/Bicep workout. Hey it could just be the placebo effect and all in my mind of trying something new.
I noticed on the pack that it says to take on non-training days. Is it required, or just a marketing ploy to use more of it?

Daily dosing of beta alanine would help to obtain it's benefits and taking citrulline every day could be beneficial as well but as a whole there really isn't much reason to take it every day

    Nope, not required
I keep it simple on my active rest day.. just caffeine & creatine.

For continued effectiveness I’d stick to training days so you don’t build a tolerance.

On rest days I’d stick to creatine and if you need a pick me up something like our delayed release caffeine so you get a nice prolonged release of energy.

It'd be a waste to take it on a rest day IMO. Just drink coffee of use other source for caffeine.

    I'm going to second this.
The term pre-workout normally refers to the pre-workout supplement in a tub, however, coffee can be considered a pre-workout.

Back to your question...save your pre-workout for your workout days.

I also wouldn't advise using a PRE on non workout days. I feel like it would have a negative effect on my tolerance levels.

Glad to see that you're enjoying PRE's, have you used them in the past?

I'd recommend checking out Mypre V2, P.P.K,, and/or White Flash if you are looking at other options
