    My quake and prolific tubs are running low and everything I have stockpiled and unopened is DMAA or DMHA. Looking for a good non exotic pre. Anyone tried both White flash and Dymatize prewo? If so which one do you prefer? Any other good non exotics to look at?

    I haven't tried White Flash but Dymatize Pre is excellent.

    I liked a lot of those CL bar's when they first came out the they were very soft but they certainly didn't hold up well on the softness still tho I liked them overall just wish they would have stayed softer lol

    ProMORE tho is really good if you have not tried it you are missing out for sure all 3 flavors are very good. The Snickerdoodle as is labeled however as I have posted several time's is not a Snickerdoodle but more of a Spice Cake or Spice Bread in flavor and it's damn good I like to use it in cooked cereals with raisins and or dried cranberries so good.

    As to Orange Cream what I think is the best on that flavor are ProMORE & Trutein

    Dymatize is more energy, White Flash is a better all around pwo I'd say. Pump def goes to WF.

    If you can handle Yohimbine C4 Ultimate, C4 Extreme, are legit and MYPREV2 at 2 scoops
    is also very good for Y pre's. Mesomorph with Senegalia Extract is also a good option if
    your looking for something without DMHA or DMAA. I haven't tried the new White Flash
    but the feedback has been good so I don't think you can go wrong with either Dymatize's
    PRE or White Flash.

    White flash is good. It provides steady energy, not a huge burst of energy like your exotics will, even with 300mg caffeine. Rob pointed out the theobromine in it, which has a somewhat calming effect. An interesting ingredient to put in a pre, but I can see why now. Which leads to no crashes later on. And the pumps are fantastic.

    you would have to compare straight up isolate powders to other companies... as an example - comparing PES (which has milk caseinate among other things) to Dymatize is like comparing round pizza pies to Sicilian pies

    Oh yeah, I can see that as a something that's a pain. While maybe not a formal injury, doing a movement that causes it pain is not productive. Tendonitis on both elbows made me realize not to fight through the pain and to recover them.
    I'd say your training sounds good then. It sounded like you were going to fight against the argument of progressive overload, but obviously that's not the case.

    MAN Iso-Protein is the best pure isolate I have had, it's very well done on all flavors.

    Lol Stop your hate dailob blondie was pretty decent like/dislike it did live up to my expectations of a blondie as a smoothie and clearly it was not a great seller as it went away but it was not bad to me. It's no Frosted Cupcake, Snickerdoodle... or Strawberry Cheesecake doe.. :P

    Truth right here. I have had isolates from time to time and as most of the higher rated ones I tried were always pretty good they mix thin and/or are light in flavor. MANs isolates are amazing though.

    I saw Sidewalk Kracka mentioned above. I haven't had it but if it's anything like Sleeve Buster it's great and very underrated.

    Went with the blue mutha razz! Haven't had a blue razz flavored supplement since C4 original. Hopefully it does not disappoint.

    I have a tub of Dymatize Pre on the way so can’t comment yet. Currently using White Flash and it’s a very good all around pre. Solid, non jittery energy, focus and PUMPS!

    Others I like are PPK, PreKaged and Vapor X5

    Yeah man - not gonna debate progressive overload. It's just sometimes I can't push the weight & have to try & add reps or sets depending on the lift. I still focus on the main principles (Volume, Intensity, Frequency). I actually missed basically 9 months of EFFECTIVE lifting & questioned if I'd be able to lift again. So obviously w/ a partially torn bicep - deadlifting isn't JUST physically hard, it's mentally stressful & avoiding things like preacher curls & working in higher rep ranges focuses on the contraction more.
