I tried a sample of Gat Sport Nitraflex and was quite impressed. Knocked out 2 extra reps on every exercise Chest/Bicep workout. Hey it could just be the placebo effect and all in my mind of trying something new.
I noticed on the pack that it says to take on non-training days. Is it required, or just a marketing ploy to use more of it?

For continued effectiveness I’d stick to training days so you don’t build a tolerance.
On rest days I’d stick to creatine and if you need a pick me up something like our delayed release caffeine so you get a nice prolonged release of energy.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Profile

I also wouldn't advise using a PRE on non workout days. I feel like it would have a negative effect on my tolerance levels.
Glad to see that you're enjoying PRE's, have you used them in the past?
I'd recommend checking out Mypre V2, P.P.K,, and/or White Flash if you are looking at other optionsMyprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Lead Representative ✔
