I dont get hungover. I drink for taste, not to be drunk. Those days are gone. I was saying it as it would clear up that foggy feeling. Not enough sleep would work as well.

Side note: My C4U shows up tomorrow so that I can finally give that a try.

It's actually surprising how much harder you can push out reps knowing someone is there and you don't have to worry about failing. Or going until fail. But I recall you're on 5/3/1 which I don't think has you pushing to failure. But yea, for sure just ask someone man. Don't be shy. I don't put on a smile at the gym, so I know the vibe you likely see from other people.

This is why I really emphasized training your spotter. Tell them EXACTLY what you want them to do and when. Most of the time it's easy to follow those instructions.

Interesting on the bulldog grip. I may have to look that up. It's crazy how much tension I get on my chest now that I've started out with smith benching. I was starting off with dumbbell bench since switching to the new gym, but I changed it up for this run and the tension and contraction is the best it has ever felt. I may not be strong in bench, but I get the full contraction and everything you'd want from the bodybuilding perspective on it. Bench is my work in progress during this reverse into bulking.


I might honestly need to try Reign soon. You loving it that much still Ben? You single or double scooping?
My Y tolerance is built up now, so I think I can handle it.

Yeah I might just man up and ask. It's really not that I'm shy, I just would prefer not to have to ask anyone and use the safeties. Being able to get set up like that would also allow me to do pin presses, which I do like doing. I'll see what I'm able to come up with next time.

I think the Rauw might give C4U the edge at dose on energy but it's a small amount of Rauw and C4U includes a silicate + added nitrates with NO3 which rounds it out slightly above for me. C4U +Ephedrine = Gold

Makes the exotics that much better when you go back to them. I only have a very small bit of Mesomorph left for DMAA but I have zero issues with focus, crash, or anything like I felt I had when taking it more consistently. I think I've been taking it like once every 2 weeks or so. Had it for deadlift day last night and was very effective.
