Just cracked open the frozen bombsicle C4 can. That's good.

It tastes a lot like the cold semi-frozen blue liquid left at the bottom of a blue flavored ice type product.

Have you tried the Cotton Candy Bang? How does it compare?

Hopefully they dont' compare...did not like cotton candy bang at all

Its very good.... but its the only "cotton candy" flavored pre that I've tried so I really didnt have anything to compare it to. But its good enough to be one of the best flavors I've tried to date

As far as I remember the only other cotton candy pres I’ve had were Prolific and High Volume which were both very tasty.

Strawberry Watermelon Ice new C4 in the can, also good. I think I prefer the blue bombsicle but nothing wrong with this one. I still like the Star Blast flavored Bang just a little bit more, but this gives caffeine intake choices (200mg or 300mg for a can of course, C4 vs Bang respectively)

IMO PES PBC >>> Myofeed. Myofeed has a very "gummy" texture that i wasn't a fan of. Honestly you would be better off adding PB2 to PES Gourmet Vanilla.

PEScience and Metabolic Nutrition's are both delicious. Neither is overly "strong" tasting, IMO (which is surprising because PEScience flavors usually are very strong, but this one is great in shakes but gets a little lost in oats IMO), but can always throw in a spoon of PB2 to amp up the flavoring. Still haven't had Myofeed's, but it reviews very well and Myofeed's other flavors are solid.

Id say Quest is actually the best for this, very strong flavor, and it tastes like straight peanut butter, not overly sweet, not like a cookie, not like a PB cub, not like anything other than PB. Id also Say Protozyme is amazing but has a cookie component to it that can be picked up in the flavor

iso-100 PB is truly great. Don't think anything can beat it :P

Yeah, the search was always bad (hello posts from 2006 when I chose to show results newest first...) but you used to at least be able to search for specific keywords within a thread. You could literally search this thread for the word literally and get 0 results

I have been using a lot of rest pause lately. Along with slower controlled movement, I am seeing less strain on prior issues and strength growth even through this diet. I am pushing extra reps out which I will turn into small weight increased week over week.

what's the opinion on MT cookies? I want something to take away on holiday with me as whilst we're going all-inclusive, there's not huge options in the way of protein intake at the hotel that isn't meat-based during the day.
