Don't buy strawberry protein because it seems like a tough flavor to nail.

Bought two tubs of PES Strawberry Cheesecake and I've had it 3 times since Friday I believe. Had it in water and in FairLife.

Thoughts:
This is a delicious protein from someone who usually avoids strawberry flavors. In water it was reminiscent of a tasty Strawberry N Creme kind of similar to those hard candies you can buy. Definitely good enough without milk. In milk, to me, it tastes like a vanilla ice cream malt with strawberries blended in. Very delicious and there's something other than just sweetness which is why malt comes to mind, but that may be the cheesecake flavoring that I'm missing.

All-in-all will plan to keep some on hand for when standards get boring, and I could see it being great in oats.

Disclaimer: definitely a PES Select fanboy, so take it for what you will, but great tasting flavor.

thanks man! I do both. I follow Wendlers 5/3/1 and that's how I start my sessions. So I do my warm up, then do the 3 working sets in the strength range, usually I'll do a joker set as well. After that I start getting into assistance work in a BB style. So on bench I'll do pause reps or dead stop reps with the safeties on a squat rack, plus incline bench, then I move onto targeting the triceps. So it's really the first half of the session that focuses in the strength range of 1-5 reps and the back half is high rep/pump/bodybuilding assistance work.

5/3/1 is a solid program, in terms of volume how much assistance work do you throw in? do you follow BBB or other template?

I'll throw in my .02 here even if not asked for it. I pretty much start out the beginning of my session like Ben. 5/3/1. After the 3rd set I up the weight and aim for the same amount of reps or drop down to the start for AMRAP. My last bench session I dropped back from 250 x 4 for 190 x 8 (BW). I'm loving 5/3/1 . Then I move onto whatever accessory I have planned there. I vary rep scheme and weight so I'll usually work my weight up to 10 reps and then once I get a solid 10 reps for 4 sets I'll up the weight and drop down to repeat. Seems to be working well for me lately and progress is steady being made!

Also, on that note: I finally cracked into the 190lb range and IF I can keep up the progress on bench in 5-6 weeks I think I'll be able to get 3 plates for a single.

Have you guys tried out Mesomorph w/ senegalia?

I'm halfway or more done with the tub. I really like it. About an hour or 90 minutes in, my mouth starts salivating and I get a little (just a little) nauseous for 10 minutes, then it goes away. That's the only negative about it (which doesn't even bother me tbh)
It has a different feel then a lot of pre's

What makes it stand out, is that it doesn't any of your traditional stimulants in it, but it provides the kick you need. So i can literally use it on days I want to rotate off your higenamine/synephrine/DMHA/other stim products

That’s the thing - I rep for another store and it’s all out of my monthly allowance. I’m fully stocked up on vits, fish oil and animal flex for the next 4 months too.
