Blake and muskate. Any company reps picking either of those to win promo's really need to be fired from the said company they are working for. You're giving away free product for a 1-2 sentence 10/10 review with zero detail from a person that didn't even take the supplement. Likely sells them off.

Anyone else a fan of the reverse grip bench press to hit a the triceps? I incorporated it into my arm day and felt it it my triceps even more than a close grip bench press.

I have not used that for triceps however incline close grip on a Smith has helped me tremendously. Better controls while increasing weight. I feel it more than standard close grip.

Anyone Arnold press on a flat or incline bench? It has really helped to take my anterior deltoid out of the picture lowering the strain I was having.

Thanks OT, I will add in the incline close grip bench pressing for another tricep exercises. With what I believe to be tendinitis in my left elbow, the smith machine has been my savior.

them in your triceps where was your hand placement? Were you using a reverse grip and keeping
it close like doing regular close grips for triceps ?

Use hammer grip on dumbbells and close grip bench to hit triceps usually, keeps my wrists feeling a lot better.

I tried to incorporate it for awhile. Maybe I did it wrong, but I went light, but it put a lot of strain on my wrists when unracking the bar on a flat bench.

I did preloaded bars on a bench, kicking the bar into position and it felt much better.

Never tried them. Always felt the death risk was much higher doing them lol. Maybe I'll give it a go since my close grip bench has sadly stalled for weeks now. Need to rotate it out.

I want to say I used more of a close grip position (for me that is). I as well felt it in my upper chest and triceps as well.

Yeah there probably is however I am not going super heavy and just slow and controlled reps. Just using this as an accessory movement.

Reverse grip bench def targets the tri's much more than normal bench or even close grip bench. I like to do it on a decline, although I don't do the movement religiously. I find on an decline it feels a little safer.
