Got 2 hours OT, had to do a hospital run; one inmate punched another so hard in the head it looked like he broke his arm doing it. Luckily it was just a major sprain and torn ligament so they just put it in a splint and sent him back.

Someone wont be touching themselves for awhile... bit splint on his right arm/hand.

Best part- he was going to parole at the end of February... not anymore.

They reformulated them a long while ago its possible those newer ones just more recently making there way up into Canadaland? Lol

I cannot even remember how long ago but it was a long while ago I buy them every month I feel like the newest ones a bit more consistent but they taste the same/same texture as far as overall for about a year at the very least now. They had also brought back Pumpkin Spice but think that flavor might be direct only? Unsure but local not seen it in while.

I've weighed a tablespoon of citrulline out to ~3 grams but it wasn't from MyProtein, particle sizes aren't always consistent

Second time using Total War. Three days ago was Squat, today was Deadlift. It's not a replacement for Kraken, but it's good. Both days good energy, decent focus, no drop-off during (even waited 45 minutes after taking before starting today), nothing I would call a crash. Not as much feel good as Kraken, but if I stop trying to compare it A/B with my favorite pre and just assess it as "a pre workout"...I like it.

So many choices on hand that are good...Kraken (actually don't have one open right now), Total War, Proflic, Dymatize, and Prep and Quake are still good too. Dont' have any Pre Kaged handy but it passes. Haven't opened PPK yet.

My go to dip is real simple.

1 block velveta cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 pound ground beef

Brown the beef and throw everything in a microwave or slow cooker until the cheese is melted. Take it a step further and add some cream cheese as well.

Merry Christmas! Hope Santa treats everyone great. I bought myself a present by getting myself a diet coach to get me ready for my Sept contest. Not cheap but I feel it'll help in my commitment. Quick question. I'll need help getting in my fat grams so can I use fish oil caps and supps like that to help? Seems like I could easily get 15 grams or so of fats that way.
