    My first 500 pound competition deadlift

    Here it is my 501 deadlift at 199 pounds bodyweight.

    93 kg/205 pound bw USAPL powerlifter meet PR's 390.5/258.5/528pounds or 177.5/117.5/240 kilograms 535 kilogram total/1,177 pounds
    Gym PRS-395 squat,275 bench press 535 deadlift
    Goals- to win a local/regional level USAPL 93kg class

    best lifts at 180lb bodyweight
    best= 370 squat goal= 405
    best= 260 bench goal= 315
    best= 445 deadlift goal= 505
