What multi you all using these days,?

For some reason animal pak gives me great alertness. Butnit kind of makes me feel weird . I drink it with the powder, but it kind of makes me really dehydrated. It also leaves this lingering smell.

May go back to it, just looking for something different any of you live by. I don't know if there are reps who pump their stuff, but please don't unless you've experienced at least three different multi vitamins.

Also, I'm not sure if any do, but I'd like it not to have caffeine or stimulants.

While you posted I did want to ask. Why is your fish oil so cheap? I picked up core fish oil and it was like 40 bucks. And O think they got me with its more pure. Is yours not as pure? It was from a place that actually started core merica labs and such. So maybe they sell their core for more margin and I got jipped

Ask them what they mean by pure. We have third party testing showing higher EPA/DHA levels than even label claimed and passing TOTOX levels. We also have heavy metals testing. So claiming more pure is likely marketing.

Haven’t tried Orange Triad but am loving GAT Sports Multi + Test....I feel great. The vitamin profile is awesome and worth the cost by itself.....which is actually quite affordable...

As for powder or pills for greens, go powder.

And FYI for all, if your product is in a TABLET, put one in a cup of vinegar. If it doesn't dissolve in at least 20 minutes, find a new multi.

Nothing will ever be new and innovative in the world of multi's. The companies that make the quality ones are the ones that have been around forever. Orange Triad and Animal Pak being two excellent ones. Otherwise Life Extension for any general health supplements is an amazing brand.

Ok thanks guys. I got the orange triad powder. I like it better than animal pak powder as far s flavor. Neither are great, but orange triad doesnt taste like a chemical and don't mind shopping on it. Reminds me of algae pills I used to take as a kid when my dad was sucked in a pyramid scheme.

The lemon iced tea is a pretty big upgrade on flavor for the OT+Greens have you tried that or just the orange? Only more recently got the tub of iced tea I like it much more than the orange.

It's not really about "feels." You want a multivitamin with chelated vitamins/minerals so that it's actually being put to use instead of being urinated out.

There's no proof that multis have any beneficial impact, from numerous studies. So might as well take a cheaper one like Kirkland. Myself, I've eliminated the multi all together, waste of money.

Bouncing between Anavites, OT and MEd Kit

Athletic Multi due to the inclusion of Coq10 which is a big plus to me, Anavite which also comes in a powder form, and Orange Triad all are 3 top multi's I love to use.
