Hi All,
I am considering starting a new supplement regime, but wanna check it out here first. Before I even get into this, I generally have a pretty good diet (currently intermittent fasting), lift 5-6 times a week and I am a division 1 athlete at one of the Military Academies (not gonna say which one for privacy). I'm 18 years old. As most people in the world, I would like to recomp. I have had success with this in the past, but this time I need to gain weight rather than lose. I'm 6'1" 216lbs and about 15% bf. I wanna get up to 225 eventually, but being lean is more important for my sport. Was wondering if yall could let me know what you think of this.
EVL Test (8-12 weeks on, 4 weeks off)
Lean mode (not sure if need to cycle)
Animal Pak (not gonna cycle)
Nitric Oxide (my prelift)
BCAA's (taken during fasting period)
Selenium and Co-enzyme q10 (doctor told me to take them)
Probably gonna end up going this route no matter what, but reccomendations for more or supps would be appreciated.
P.S. My coaches are not allowed to give supp recommendations so thats why I'm here.

I would start over entirely except for what the doc recommended
Why are you doing intermittent fasting and taking fat burners? Especially if your goal is to gain weight.Controlled Labs Warder

If you are gaining weight you will be gaining body fat
The Fat Burners in general have a more indirect effect on body fat loss such as caffeine and ephedrine which may increase the rates in a minor way but the much bigger effect is on appetite suppression and energy in a caloric deficit but will still require a caloric deficit to actually cause weight loss. If you are eating in a surplus gaining weight you will be gaining body fat. To build muscle outside of noob gainz first time lifters you will be gaining body fat.
Just eat in a surplus and keep working out would focus on one aspect at a time. So if you want to put muscle on just keep eating in a caloric surplus gaining weight at a slow but consistent rate.-- Microwaves everyday crew --
