Hey guys.
So I am getting tired of the "preworkout juice" bs , I want to have REAL natural energy before my workout and for that to happen I need to eat right.
I would like to get some suggestions about what I should eat before my workout, I can make shakes 100% , or probably any other thing that pops to mind.
I really want to start and eat right, and I believe that for that to happen then I need to first start with my meals.

Eat various meals before a workout and find what one gives you the best energy while not inhibiting performance (i.e. gastric distress). Post workout doesn't matter what you eat as long as you are getting 20g of protein minimum.
