It says to switch to 3x5 after deloading and failing a couple of times for the other lifts but what about the deadlift since it's just 1x5?
Recently failed at 140kg deadlift ☹️

Same thing you do with the other lifts; just reset by a few weeks and start over again. So, knock 20lbs off of the bar (even for your ramp-up sets) and start working your way back up. DO NOT INCREASE THE VOLUME: that rarely works (especially with deads). If you stall again, then it's time to take a look at other facets of your training and diet to see if there's issues there.
"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that youre a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds." -Henry Rollins
