Hello! First forum post
My question is whether or not I should bulk or cut. I don't know my body fat percentage.. guessing around 16% is that about right? included picture below. My eventual goal (giving it about a year) is to be 180 pounds at 10% bf. I feel under developed muscle wise but I don't want to screw up months of bulking if its based on a faulty foundation. Thanks!
Numbers wise, I'm 6 foot 160 pounds. If I continue to cut, I won't stop probably until 150 pounds. If I bulk I'll probably bulk to 190 then cut down to 170.
Any advice is appreciated. (supplement/nutritional advice etc.) [posted this in nutrition as well don't know where it belongs exactly]
