    I eat rice every day usually around 2 cups. I get a huge bag of the long grain jasmine rice from Costco, it's not the lowest GI but works pretty well. What's your goal? Cut or bulk?

    I don't eat rice at all. There are an extremely large amount of carbohydrate sources that taste amazing to me. OTHER than rice..

    - Bread
    - Cereal
    - Doughnuts
    - Cinnamon Rolls
    - Toaster Strudels
    - Burritos

    I eat white rice several times a week. Much better tasting and easier to digest than brown. Brown rice is also full of anti-nutrients that actually block absorption of vitamins and minerals

    The bran/germ of rice contain lots of phytic acid which bind to lots of minerals and hinder absorption as well as result in issues with digestion. Removing the bran/germ (making white rice instead of brown) gets rid of this issue
