Hockey was #1. Had a hat trick and we won by 1. Something happened to my GOOD shoulder and I can barely move it. It hurts much more than my bad shoulder has for the past few months, and the irony of that is ridiculous. I can’t even use that arm to put on a shirt, let alone lift, so legs it is.
I don’t skate again for 1.5 weeks and hope this **** goes away by then.

Home gym update: picked up a Cybex seated calf that I'd been wanting for years, leg press/hack combo that I also wanted for years (I'll be replacing my compact leg press), commercial flooring to replace the old cheaper stuff, Nobo preacher arm Blaster/bench attachment, and if I didn't mention it 80lb Nuobells and 400lbs of bumper plates.Lifting.
