best= 370 squat goal= 405
best= 260 bench goal= 315
best= 445 deadlift goal= 505

That was conventional style too (real deads), very nice.
There are at least 3 ladies at the studio I train at pulling 300 conventional style, raw. One of them did 275 x 10.
