Banned on Bodyspace

I'm not sure if this is the right place to bring up this issue but I'm helpless as the board admin's e-mail (forum_admin@bodybuilding.com) doesn't work and with that I can't register my complaint. The issue that I was banned for 4 or 5 days couple of weeks ago and I served the period. The ban been automatically been lifted from the forums but it still persists at the bodyspace.
