Does this BOS bench come with Leg attachments as its a must for me?
Yes, i have already bought Swiss bar from BOS which I am really impressed though.

If this is the one you have, I had the Xmark version, that was also 21". I'm the same height as you, and I hated it because of the height. Not just for bench, where I had to try to leg drive by stepping on the feet. But it was also really awkward to do dumbbell rows on. I have a Parabody flat bench that's 19", and although much better, it still feels a bit tall. I only just got a 17.5" bench today, and it feels so much better.

It really comes down to personal preference and I agree that you should try it as-is before getting the hybrid pad or a second bench. The IM SB Pro is a hell of a bench and I don't think you'll go wrong.

Note that in my previous post I was referring to the FB5000 which is Rep's competition flat bench and it's cheaper than IM. When I bought it, IM didn't have the hybrid pad yet or I would have probably gone that route instead.

So much space. So many possibilities to fill it with equipment.
I'd likely go bankrupt in doing so if I had that much space available.

Can you do movements like standing over-head press with that low ceiling?
    Nice start, by the way.

Yes I can do those movements. The rack is 90 inches and I still have a little room left above it. Not much though.

Done? LOL... I see at least 1000 sq ft. that needs workout equipment. You even have a door to avoid the steps.

Looks like a great start, but done? All that space, the great rectangular layout, walkout ... This could be a home gym of epic proportions.

Very nice setup. Almost everyone on here wishes they had that much space. I would get the ceiling finished to avoid having fiberglass dust everywhere.

Love the rack. Thinking about getting an RM-3 myself. FYI - It looks like you have the uprights oriented incorrectly. Probably want to set up the keyholes on the sides to maximize the functional use of attachments.

I did a lot of shopping around Black Friday because I was long overdue for an upgrade. For several years, I've owned the white Fitness Gear Half Rack that you could find at Dick's Sporting Goods. It was my beginner rack that I ran into the ground. It wasn't the prettiest or sturdiest, but it got the job done. I decided to finally upgrade to a Titan X-3 Power Rack. I absolutely LOVE it! The rack itself had zero issues that I could find. No chips and all the welds looked fine. I also ordered lever arms, safety bars, band pegs, crossmember, and a barbell mount (used as a landmine holder). The rack doesn't have numbering, so I got fancy with some $2.50 stickers found at Hobby Lobby! They stuck to the rack just fine. I also put on a J-Hook and moved it around to see if it would affect the stickers, but no issues whatsoever.

    New Rack:

    Abbreviations:
SSB - Safety Bar for Safety Squat Bar
SSQ - Safety Bar for Squat
SBP - Safety Bar for Bench Press
    RP - Rack Pull
    BP - Bench Press
    SQ - Squat
I'll also be labeling lever arm placements for particular exercises. For those who are interested in the stickers, this is what they look like. Found in the sticker aisle at Hobby Lobby:

    Old Rack:

    **Traveler Crew**
    **Actually Lifts Crew**
    **Deathcore Crew**

Here’s a couple other things that I purchased around the same time:

REP Gladiator Weightlifting Bar – Got it for $287.99 on sale

    Titan Fitness Safety Squat Bar

Champion Exercise Mats (4 bundles) – I found these at a flea market for $8 each, so it was hard to pass up!

I got some cheap hooks at Lowe’s and made my own barbell holder. Worked quite well! Picture was before I received the Safety Bar, its since been added

Lastly, Here’s a couple shots of my garage layout. These were taken before the new rack was received (new rack pics at the end of page 36)

Since then my tenant has brought in her elliptical trainer, which is just to the right of the dumbbell rack.

When I get to 50 posts I'll link my youtube video of me moving a bunch of stuff around to get those 12 rubber mats in. Or google "rearranging the garage gym," and I'm the first video result from 02/08/2020.
I finally got around to doing a proper panorama of my garage gym. I've attached a JPG, and if someone can PM me I can send a link to an interactive panorama so you spin around and view the whole thing.

    embedded pic for you.

Looks like you have a good setup, and you must have a lot of room to have 5 guys working out at the same time.
