My first power rack was delivered today and I got it assembled.

RML-490 with the AB 2.0 bench.

My next few purchases will be new barbells, safety straps, and plates. My old equipment just doesn't look good in the new rack lol.

Now that I've cleaned my garage up a bit (still some trash and boxes from the rack), here's pics of the complete home gym.

    Spoilered for mobile users

    Spoiler!

I'll pick up some 10s, 5s, and 2.5 plates this weekend so I can actually put in some work.

Thank's the upper body machines were all professionally restored by a specialist here in the UK and cost about 50% of the new price. I picked up the leg press from a private seller, it looked as if it had never been used.

I have bought a couple of machines from a professional restoration specialist here in Canada. It is the same, selling for 50%-60% the cost of brand new... But what i have bought from them was not perfect, when i received the machines this summer outside with the sun i was really sad with all the defects and imperfections but when i installed them in the basement gym, it was not that bad... It is still not a bad option but not as good as people selling the equipment themselves but it is hard to wait until what you want shows up, when it shows up...

Thankfully the company I bought from did an excellent job, they also sell new Hammer Strength equipment. No colour choice, silver frame and black upholstery, a few tiny blemishes on the powder coat, but you really have to look hard to find them and the upholstery is perfect.

I agree it's nice to buy from a private seller, especially someone like yourself that really looks after their equipment.

Embedded pics for you. Instructions are at the bottom of the page. The short version is to attach the images as you have, preview the page, copy the URL and paste between img tags
    Code:

That is almost too much equipment to show with only three pics. I would love to have a home gym like that.

Yes it's the incline iso chest, old shoulder issues make hoisting up heavy db's difficult, particularly for incline chest press, I like the way this unit works the upper chest, without the discomfort I had kicking up dumbbells into position, for me at least it's
Proving to be a good investment.

We need to see more! I like the way you hang the plates on the wall. I am also curious about what the front porch - pullup bar is attached to.
It was mounted around a window, fit perfectly. I did remove the trim and wrap 2x4 and 2x6 around the frame and used SPAX screws to hold it all up. Yes the plates on the wall are great, I did just remove them as I picked up a Titan T-3 to mount it all too. I’ll post some pictures this week once my parts arrive.

Anyone have any good solutions for vertical storing specialty bars? I don't have any good wall space for another gun rack and don't have floor space for a barbell holder. I need it to hold my axle bar, cambered squat bar, earthquake bar and ideally have room for a few more.
