I found the perfect setup for incline bench press in my rack with the monolift attachment...
I have a low rear crossmember/stabilizer bar attached which impedes the bench going further back leaving the J-hooks at an awkward position to un-rack the bar on them...not anymore with the monolifts in there, since the arms swing forward it gives me the perfect positioning on inclines and the bench can stay right where it is with the wheels at the crossmember.
Here's a pic of the setup with the bench at a 30° incline...

Thanks fellas, this is the best setup for incline that I ever used, I'm glad I decided on keeping and utilizing them.
Quick few notes, I did some inclines instead of flat bench today in my workout after squats and went considerably heavier and the setup worked real good (since I haven't done barbell inclines in a while, I believe I overshot the amount of weight I added to the bar which was fine, but got in some lower reps on them and a few grinders on the final reps).
I'm gonna lighten the weight a bit more on inclines and find the perfect setting for the safeties at this angle.
One other minor inconvenience is having to switch them in and out upon setting them up...but it wasn't too bad when memorizing the hole number for proper height, just takes a bit more time setting up.Last edited by Deep-Voiced-One; 09-03-2019 at 10:19 AM.

That is why you need 2 mono's just saying.. For me,squat ones are also used for BB incline press so does my older one. He is now as tall as me. Same goes for the safety straps.
Glad you kept the mono's and yeah that FI bench you got , if you can break it i will give one for free..ha ha[M]===[6]▪ Mech6 Crew #35 ▪[M]===[6]

Posted this in someone else's thread not realizing this thread existed. A slow build up of items within the past 5 years. There's about $4,500 worth of equipment in this one car garage. Some items I received as birthday / Christmas gifts and some items were found cheap through mutual friends and flea markets. I also have a 350lb tractor tire that isn't included in the photos. It's so nice walking 15ft out the door and having this to myself. Winter sucks though! Will be investing in a decent space heater. Plenty of below zero degree workouts and did just fine once the body warms up. Items include:
- Dumbbells: Range from 5lbs - 100lbs (need 45's, 60's, 65's, 75's, 80's, 90's, and 95's to complete 5-100 set.) I get by just fine though. Mostly want 60-65's and 75s.
- Plates: (2) 100's, (8) 45's, (2) 35's, (6) 25's, (6) 10's, (6) 5's, (4) 2.5's
- Fitness Gear Half Rack / Bench (It gets me by, Would like a newer rack eventually)
- Lat / Row Cable Machine, Hyper Extension, Leg / Curl Machine, Trap Bar, Landmine Attachment, 120lb Loadable Brute Force Sandbag, 20lb Everlast Bag, 20lb Slam Ball, 2in / 50ft Battle Rope, and a 100lb Punching Bag mostly for carries and slams
- (3) Barbells (investing in a Rogue bar more than likely, bars are old and cheap), EZ Bar, and Tricep Bar
- 10, 20, 50, and 70lb Resistance Bands
- (8) Different Type of Cable Attachments
Best Equipment Find: 100lb Dumbbell for $15 at a flea market. Need to find one more to create a pair, haha
