I have one and find it’s too narrow . I would look at other options imo , but maybe it won’t bother you depending on your technique.
I purchased two benches from Bells of Steel located in Calgary Alberta.
I have no idea where you reside though. Their flat bench is awesome , but their incline /decline bench could use a little work , as it’s first angle up is too steep at 22.5 degrees imo for heavy incline benching .
Works awesome for overhead dumbbell presses though ,as it’s stable as a rock .
The IronMaster is further back in the pic , and set to its first incline settings .
The bells of steel incline/decline bench is the first one in the pic and set on its first setting ,
I use a 2/4 underneath the front to raise it in order to decrease the angle

I already have a Northern Light FID but its too tall 21" from floor & hence pulled my trigger on this. I am not a well built person. Height is 173 cms & normal built so do you think it will fit me? I was more interested in their accessories including Dip bar, etc. & light weight and short height assuming it suits me perfectly to use my FTX trainer when doing cable rows, etc.
Does this BOS bench come with Leg attachments as its a must for me?
Yes, i have already bought Swiss bar from BOS which I am really impressed though.

No attachments that I’m aware of . I’m the same height as you,so you want a low bench.
21” is way too tall for me, especially when using dumbbells, and IronMaster is 20” .
I prefer 17” . Guys 6’3 tall would probably want a taller bench such as the IronMaster though .
I don’t care for their seat attachment for seated incline on the IronMaster,as it feels pretty flimsyLast edited by MajorTendonitis; 08-07-2021 at 09:14 PM.

If this is the one you have, I had the Xmark version, that was also 21". I'm the same height as you, and I hated it because of the height. Not just for bench, where I had to try to leg drive by stepping on the feet. But it was also really awkward to do dumbbell rows on. I have a Parabody flat bench that's 19", and although much better, it still feels a bit tall. I only just got a 17.5" bench today, and it feels so much better.

It really comes down to personal preference and I agree that you should try it as-is before getting the hybrid pad or a second bench. The IM SB Pro is a hell of a bench and I don't think you'll go wrong.
Note that in my previous post I was referring to the FB5000 which is Rep's competition flat bench and it's cheaper than IM. When I bought it, IM didn't have the hybrid pad yet or I would have probably gone that route instead.

I did a lot of shopping around Black Friday because I was long overdue for an upgrade. For several years, I've owned the white Fitness Gear Half Rack that you could find at Dick's Sporting Goods. It was my beginner rack that I ran into the ground. It wasn't the prettiest or sturdiest, but it got the job done. I decided to finally upgrade to a Titan X-3 Power Rack. I absolutely LOVE it! The rack itself had zero issues that I could find. No chips and all the welds looked fine. I also ordered lever arms, safety bars, band pegs, crossmember, and a barbell mount (used as a landmine holder). The rack doesn't have numbering, so I got fancy with some $2.50 stickers found at Hobby Lobby! They stuck to the rack just fine. I also put on a J-Hook and moved it around to see if it would affect the stickers, but no issues whatsoever.
New Rack:
Abbreviations:
SSB - Safety Bar for Safety Squat Bar
SSQ - Safety Bar for Squat
SBP - Safety Bar for Bench Press
RP - Rack Pull
BP - Bench Press
SQ - Squat
I'll also be labeling lever arm placements for particular exercises. For those who are interested in the stickers, this is what they look like. Found in the sticker aisle at Hobby Lobby:
Old Rack:
**Monster Truck Rally Crew**
**Traveler Crew**
**Actually Lifts Crew**
**Deathcore Crew**
**Craft Beer Enthusiast**
