True. would be nice to have easily adjustable mono's on both racks. The Rogue red would look nice and it wouldn't be too hard to knock down that Monster pin with the RotoZip. Or maybe get the Monster Lite so it's easier to cut through and wrap the pin with something from McMaster-Carr.

Few weeks ago I was thinking of getting ML stuff ( accessories) for my rack. So I looked around for UHMW tubes. This should work. smoking hawk used ML leg roller on Monster rack with similar tube.

Looks amazing. Love 2 racks and that Pendlay half-rack along with this is particularly awesome.

Just an update, rearranged a few accessories to make the best use of the space. Added a few things over the last couple of weeks like my Titan Incline Bench and the Body Solid 5-50lb Dumbbell set. Still trying to figure out where work will lead me if we stay here I plan on having the carpet removed adding a 3/4” wood floor with a 3/4” mat on top for a super rigid area. Just don’t want to make a major change to this room if we won’t stay long term.

A mix really, about 40% new, a few ex demonstration pieces and the rest used/refurbished, it's taken over 20 years and many, many evolutions.

My "beat" gym got a facelift. Created dedicated BP station by removing the storage area. It also makes rack look "clean". It also now set up for box squats , rows using the seat and step ups etc using safety spotters arms. Might get another set not from Sorinex though. They are too tall.

Total length is 91". Still have decent space infant of the rack for DL. Need to make the DL platform.

No, those are not my 1 RM 😃. Just loaded the bars so that I can tighten the bolts a took some pics for the heck of it.

    OHP

    SQ

    BP

Also did fix some mistakes when I assembled the rack first time. I have to say Sorinex does know how to make the racks. It is now "optimized" in terms of using holes.
Must have learnt from Reflex ..

Agree, that's a BEAST of a rack. Dedicated bench, squat, press areas without needed to swap anything out. Impressive.

    Thanks guys.
I got this from Smokinghawk’s set up

    So not really my idea.

Only thing is both SQ and Bench have 41” depth

Working on storage.Have 12 storage peg
Will use 6 on each side above bench area .Ivankos inside and Yorks outside for 25’s ,10’s and 5’s

Again from SK’s new rack storage set up

I rarely use 2.5 ‘s .Even when I have to use them I just use Ivanko 2.5 lb collars

45’s and 35’s will be outside of the rack on plate tree and bumper plate rack

On Storage since I had the cross members with 1” holes, I asked Rogue whether they will sell Monster storage shelves individually

The answer was NO. They want to me buy the whole Monster storage (F that )
The questions and answers I got from CS were compelty dumb and stupid
CS finally apologized and they the shelves by themselves are not avialable for sale

Once you know how to punch holes it is relatively cheap and easy to make the storage
Got a welder and fabricator who can weld now that Mech is retired .

Here's a couple of my basement dungeon gym. I've had a basement for about 8 years, but much of that time it was sitting there not being used. In January of this year, my gym consisted of a home made wooden power rack (that was a beast BTW), adjustable bench, standard barbell with about 150lbs of plates, and an old Schwinn Bowflex knockoff. Oh, and the treadmill my wife HAD to have two years ago that had about 5 miles put on it in those two years I'd sporadically use them on-again, off-again for quite a few years with minimal results (my own fault). This year, coming in at 5'10" and 235lbs of flab I finally decided it was time...

Since January, I've been using my gym hard and adding / replacing stuff along the way. The bowflex was the first to go; given to a family member and replaced by a Valor CB-12 cable machine. Next came a set of Olympic plates and barbell (cheap CAP set). The crappy bar was updated to a Rogue Echo bar. And this weekend I just replaced the wood rack with a Titan T-3 shorty rack. My bench will be the next item replaced as it's a flimsy POS, but doing the job for now.

Since mid January, between cleaning up my nutrition, getting regular cardio and following Fierce Five I've cut 33lbs and seen my strength get a healthy boost. Just getting started on this long journey, but enjoying every minute of it.

A few of my "new and improved" basement dungeon. And yes, those are kids rugs under the cable machine and treadmill. Hey...make due with what ya got!

If budget and space allow, the core of any home gym is a power rack, Olympic barbell and plate set, and a flat bench. You can get all of this new for under $800 while still buying "good enough" quality that won't risk injuring yourself due to substandard equipment. Not saying it's great equipment, but certainly good enough to put you on the right track. Unless you're the type who'd rather buy it once and spend the big bucks up front for the good stuff, well from there you can spend as much as you want on better/fancier gear. Or you can get by cheaper going the craigslist route, but that can be a test of patience.

After that, the sky is the limit on how much you want to add to a home gym. Many would include adjustable dumbbells on the 'must have' list. But...the rack, barbell, plates and bench will take you a long way.

    Thanks.

Forgot to add this one, just a wall mount to hold a floor mat, weight belt and some resistance bands, which I don't have yet.

Embedded pic for you. Nice wall mount. I like how you spaced the pegs to fit what you want to hang.

So I posted in the V1 of this thread but it was my old house. I moved at the end of January into a bigger house with a huge unfinished basement. I finished the basement in our last house and I"m going to do it again in this one. Probably going to start later this summer. Anyway here it is now.

Lat Machine and Sorinex dark horse with a few specialty bars.

Rack, Hammer Strength ISO Mid row and Power Lift GHD

    120lb Ironmasters and 90lb PowerBloccks

Cardio Area, Precor Treadmill, Star Trac Spin Bikd and C2 Rower

Future Expansion Area (that my wife doesn't know about).

And just picked this up Body Solid Leg Press that isn't in the basement yet but is heading that direction shortly
