Blue Star Nutraceuticals P.P.K- Cream Soda Review

Want to start off by thanking Gym God and the team at Blue Star Nutraceuticals for the opportunity to review this fantastic product.

I've had P.P.K in the past, but never had the Cream Soda flavor. Blue Star did an amazing job with the color and flavor of this product. Given that I think this is the ONLY Pre-workout currently out with Cream Soda. Mixed with 10oz water, 30 minutes before training, I used the required 1 scoop for the 1st couple days. No residue in cup, no gritty taste, just a nice smooth taste.

Wanted to gauge intensity/focus/endurance on various training days with different dosages.

My findings were Leg Day 1 scoop, Chest was 1-1.5 scoops, depending on strength or volume and this is crazy, but 2 scoops for Deadlift day was the sweet spot. Tried 1-1.5, then yesterday 2 scoops and I had an amazing, solid 2 hour Back session.

Really enjoyed each and every session I've put in so far and P.P.K really amps up focus/intensity part way through session. I've found most wear off at the 45-60 minute mark, whereas P.P.K was fierce at the start, tapered off a little, then kicked back into gear when I would start to wear down to help me finish off the remainder of my session. Found also that rep range increased, focus was on point every rep, pump was incredible on Chest/Arm days.

Overall I would rate this an 8.5-9 based solely on price point. I'm a believer in you get what you pay for, and for me, price is a non factor, but those reading reviews, it needs to be noted. Personally, I'm gonna stick with this for a bit as I can easily pick it up locally, and the combo of Iso-Smooth, P.P.K, AminoFast and PostFactor, I'm really liking the results and sessions I've been having using Blue Star products.

2 scoops on deadlift day?!? Holy smokes, I'd have trouble just getting set up haha. Happy to see PPK treated you well, along with the other 2 products.

Was experimenting, and I found 2 worked perfect for the DURATION of my workout.

Deads kill me, like most others, but I found even at 1.5, I was gassing early.

Tried 2 and I'll admit, my eyeballs were bugging out, but after an hour of deads, or close to, I was able to hit the rest of my back hard with the same intensity.
