Is having a six pack average for a 14 year old?

I’m 14 weigh 130lbs and am 5 ft 6 in tall. I was wondering if having a six pack is above or below average for a 14 year old?

I have a 6 pack now and my obliques form an alright v-line. I’m getting closer to an 8-pack as I work abs hard around 3 times a week and I have a good diet too.

You need to eat more by the sounds of it.

teens shouldn't be trying to get 8 packs.

Just because your bulking Doesnt mean you have to lose your abs. I started out without abs and when I started lean bulking became a lot leaner due to adding more muscle than fat. As long as you take it slow (2-3 pounds a month) you should be able to maintain them.

Although I'm not familiar with the routines that Wolf suggested I've heard people getting good results on them so I guess you should give it a try.

If you lean bulk, you can probably still retain some definition in your abs.

5'6 130 pounds 14 yo. Thats a bit over average depending on where you live. For me all of my classmates are either underweight or just skinny fat. You are lucky to have six pack while still maintaining a good bmi
