I've eaten nothing but peanut butter for the past 3 days and I'm feeling very sick. Just sandwiches mostly and I ate them very fast. I worked most of it off but I'm experiencing terrible acid reflux and I'm very scared. My heart rate has been all over the place and the only thing that is helping has been walking.
I feel restless and on edge and curious whether I should get checking into a hospital.

Can you die from eating too much peanut butter?

Perhaps a psychiatric hospital.
Sorry, couldn't resist. This would only be dangerous for your health if you were allergic to any of the components. I would not recommend this long term but this should not cause physical symptoms over three days.
Now, variable heart rate could be something separate. Peanut butter sandwiches should not trigger reflux without an allergy of some sort or an intolerance. For those symptoms and feeling scared you possibly would benefit from medical attention sooner than later.
I have to ask, why did you eat like this over the last three days?

My heart rate is 85 sometimes 60 but I could just be panicking not sure. I'm worried though and would just like some reassurance.

My kids eat peanut butter every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and they seem to be doing just fine. Chill the eff out. Go back to eating normally, you're fine.

Panic attacks should only last minutes, not hours. However, if you only have symptoms at home then it is either psychological or there is some sort of environmental exposure at home (ie, carbon monoxide) that is giving you trouble. If this correlates with turning the heat on or replacing filters or something like that then that may help you pinpoint the cause.

Sorry OP, but I don't believe you. Nice try at attention though.

I've almost choked to death on peanut butter before. The worst part about eating only peanut butter for a day or two is the razor blade feeling the next morning.

OP, as I type this, you have 5 posts on this site. Let's look at pieces of each of those 5 posts...
I feel restless and on edge and curious whether I should get checking into a hospital. My heart rate is 85 sometimes 60 but I could just be panicking not sure. I'm worried though and would just like some reassurance. So I guess I'm wondering if it's just a panic attack at this pointMy family thinks I'm anorexic and its really starting to worry me.I'm worried I'll have a heart attack or my heart will give out if I dont eat enough but also dont want to gain weight.

How have you eaten nothing but peanut butter, but you say you’ve been eating sandwiches? I’m sort of an expert on this, so you can trust me when I say if you’re eating peanut butter sandwiches.....you’re also eating bread.

See a doctor for your disordered eating, opie. You have serious issues that cannot be addressed on any internet site.
