Age 19 , height - 5 feet 7 inches , weight is 135 pounds. Guys i am a skinny fat guy, i want to lose fat and want to gain muscles. I just take whey protein now. I want to gain muscles now but i dont want to increase my fat. I have heard that it increases your fat!

I have been using creatine for years, and while it can make you look and feel a little more bloated, most of this is just water that you'll pee out when you stop taking it. I used to be fat and am very paranoid about gaining it back, so I notice even the tiniest change in how flabby/bloated I look. Even after being on creatine for 4 months straight, the bloating was minuscule and barely noticeable.
Creatine alone won't make you gain 14lbs of pure lean muscle in a week. Even on steroids that's just simply not possible. The best way to build lean muscle is to:
1. Find a training program that your body responds well to
2. Eat the amount of calories, protein, carbs, and fat your body requires everyday
3. Get enough sleep
Supplements like creatine, BCAA's, whey protein, etc can certainly help, but you'll just be wasting your money if your program sucks, don't eat right/enough, and/or don't sleep enough.
