    Help need on my progress.

    Hi everyone.

Now been training for 6 months now. Started at 84 kg now whey 74 kg. And been at 74 kg for approx 3 months. Started cutting down on cv and ramped up the weights.

Now I weighed myself on gym scale. Tanita full body composition scales. 2 months ago and again 3 days ago.

Now I have lost 2.5 kg in body fat and gained 2.8 kg in muscle mass. Dropped 4% body fat.

Is this fast progress or slow progress. Now I know I'm doing good. But I just wanna see what others think. And see maybe what I can change to ramp it up.

    Cheers people speak soon. 🤙

Fast or slow are just words. Are you making progress towards your goal? What does the mirror say?

FYI, while your readings could be fairly accurate, scales such as those are notoriously inaccurate.

From what I see, you are making progress!

As for trying to ramp it up, would honestly say if you are still making progress towards your goal, keep at it! That way once it does slow down you can ramp it up!

But you have stayed consistent for 6 months and I commend you so much on sticking with it! Keep up the hard work!
