Im just wondering: How much does creatine help and does the stuff actually work?
Also, which pre workout gets you good pumps and vascularity?

Curious about creatine and preworkouts
Current lifts:
Bench: 135 for 6
Squat: 135 for 10
Deadlift: 245 for 4
Goals:
Bench: 185 for 4
Squat: 225 for 4
Deadlift: 315 for 5
Current 1RM:
Bench: 170 lbs
CURRENT: 175 lbs

Not recommending anything but in my experience creatine just gave me a little extra strength but no size and pre workouts give me the same amount of energy as a regular pre workout meal.
