    Question Weight lifting = Anger?

So ive been extremely consistent with my workouts for the past 2 months ever since my Army training schedule died. Granted, I still do crazy gain killing PT in the morning but ive been devoted to the gym and going consistently, only taking breaks when work creates a lull in my lifting schedule. Lately ive been finding myself in an near uncontrollable rage during stressful moments, mainly created from work. Im trying to build an understanding of why this is happening. My main assumption would be an increase in testosterone due to my workouts. Atleast, thats what I would assume. Im trying to build an understanding, mainly just for the knowledge of my well being. Any thoughts? (I dont have anger problems, so encountering this much anger is new to me) Just looking for a solid discussion.
