    help programming?

hey guys im 18 and have been doing cleans and snatches on and off for the past couple of years due to football. We had a coach and my form is definitely decent i feel. im 5 foot 8 165 pounds, and my max clean jerk is 225 lbs and max snatch is 160 lbs. I want to start doing this full time; its what i love. Would you recommend i start on a beginner program, or move onto an intermediate one? If I should move on, what program should i run? Thanks in advance!!

    What's you squat? Front squat?

Damn near bodyweight snatch is a good place to start, but it's a bit down relative to your C&J, which would lead a entirely autonomous internet weightlifting poster like me to the conclusion that your technique, relative to bodyweight, needs some work.

What's your coach think about programming?

Personally, I would say a good solid beginner program would be the best thing, especially seeing how you're new to training the Olympic lifts full time. Even if you only do it for a short time, like say 3 months or so. It'll condition your body for longer and heavier sessions!!
