Don't get me wrong; I don't think he's a contender for the title but he will definitely be more impressive looking than in 2016. He was very conditioned in 2016; moreso than a lot of his showings in his original career but he looked stringy. From what I heard he's planning on coming in at around 250 lb but not super conditioned and focusing more on thickness and fullness. I don't expect his legs to look remotely close to what they did back in the early 90s but I think they will be around what they were in 2002-2003 which at his age is a major accomplishment.

We'll see, I'm a fan at the end of the day. I was pretty pissed when he was misleading people giving them unrealistic expectations like winning a pro show etc but surpassing his 2016 look is very doable and in fact might be too easy of a goal. I think top 10 at the Arnold Australia would be something.

Levrone was a phenomenal bodybuilder. His arms (especially triceps) and delts are among the best ever. Plus, the fact that he could add back that much muscle mass at age of 50+ says that he has an excellent response to gear. Beautiful muscle insertions, massive muscles, fast growth, highly responsive to gear. You can clearly see he has a one in a billion muscle building genetics.
But I am not sure what his point here is. He is old and this is just going to risk his health even more. But still I admire the passion in Levrone and the truly beautiful genetics that he has. One of my most favorite bodybuilder.

I'm not sure why people are being negative about this. I for one am excited to see what he brings with over a year now of solid training behind him. He's said on numerous recent videos I've seen that his goal is to do better than his last showing. Whether he can bring his legs and back up remains to be seen, but he's looking much bigger than for his previous outing. We'll find out in a week what the old man can do.

No one knows how someone will place even 1 day out, without seeing them on stage. This has been learned and re-learned here for over a decade. Like he said, his goal is to be better than in 2016, and it's looking like he's delivering.
We do know he's going to be bigger overall legs included. And his upperbody was pretty close to his prime even in 2016, minus the back thickness and forearms.
Not sad at all, we get to see a legend on stage one last time, not embarrassing himself and looking pretty amazing. Grateful i got to follow his progress and workouts during prep too.

was expecting a minor improvement but yeah I'm not surprised by this result either. In fact, I made mention of this a few days before; was expecting worse conditioning but a bigger upper body. Dieted down he would have had a similar look but slightly inferior in every way due to being even older.
He's looking at deadlast; only idiots took the bait this time. Let's see what excuses he comes up with now.

Looks pretty decent here, it seems like the legs have actually come up to a respectable level (not IFBB open standards, but classic physique). What's killing his look the most is the wider waist and older skin.
He also said he thinks he can get even better and hinted at doing another show eventually. To be honest I think he should train and compete against himself and do guest appearances but he'll never be competitive at another IFBB show again.

lats are pretty good in the front lat spread and rear lat spread but yeah as always, his rear double bicep is weak. Calves are a nicety but not a must (Dexter, Wolf seemed to do just fine); his teardrop actually looks pretty good and legs actually have some sweep to them. His waist and skin are the biggest issues at this point. He looks ok here skin-wise because he's not ultra-ripped or dehydrated.

Every single IFBB pro looks like a god when filmed/photographed in isolation. They are genetic freaks that look better than 99.9999% of the population.
The true test is when they are standing beside eachother. No point in commenting on the pics Levrone posts as we all saw last year he looked like **** in the lineup.**Misc. Pureblood Crew**
**Misc. 2022 Shutdown Survivor (Nov 11 - 14)**

I hope Levrone does continue his journey. People are forgetting he kept his health in mind this go around. He was going way less on supplements than in the past and than his competitors. Imagine the results if he truly goes FULL BLOWN? Levrone knows his body and capabilities better than any forum judges. Let the results speak for themselves.
