Mixing Creatine Mono.

Curious if people are mixing this with juice or just plain with water. I've never taken a bulk non-flavored powder and I'm a little concerned with the taste. Any feedback would really help. I'm thinking of buying some Primaforce Creaform or Higher Power. Thanks

Yeah, it's tasteless so you can just dump it in your mouth and chase it with whatever beverage you choose.

The quicker the better depending on some. Just grab a spoon, take it down like sugar. Yum Yum.

If you are on the go, put some crystal light "on the go" in a water bottle and your fine. I'll actually mix it with some cranberry juice on occasion. If I take it pre-workout I'll take it with my amino acid mix then post-workout with my protein.

You can mix it with water. There is absolutly no taste. A bit gritty, but thats all.

For many, many years have people used a juice to mix with monohydrate..... and still reaped the benefits of creatine.

I mix it with a bit of warm water, it tastes horrible though. I my experience creatine doesn't mix well in cold fluids, you can still feel fine particles in your mouth. And yes I'm talking about creapure micronized creatine.

Yeah, the dont mix it with citric acid is a myth. You ever seen the PH level of your stomach? It makes OJ look like milk.

You can try mixing it with some flavored water or witamin water. Thats what I was mixing my no tasste mono with. It worked out pretty well

The reason I say dump it on your tongue is so you dont lose any. I hate to see particles on the side of my glass.
