Solid enough back day with deadlifts right at the start to get me going. Lifts werent extraordinary but the back barbell rows I can instantly tell went up nicely. Def carbing up and getting things done.
Blasted some weighted crunches with Russian twist super splits.
Did a solid 15min HIIT cardio post workout, got heavy sweat going and havent ran like this since my last cut. Pic of first post workout meal.

Happy holidays , few updates fromthe last few days. The tub feels very light now and I might wrap it up in the next few days.
Finally able to get my pullup strength up, got up 25lb a couple of sets. I didnt do dips on Friday but Saturday I did with the 25lb plate. Saturday I did back (deads, tbar rows, db rows). Short cardio session at the end.
Made turkey and had steak with tater's best stuff out there.

General routine for this day
Deciding to focus on bodyweight with the plate on my back. Did 25 and then 45 plate at the end of that. Finished with declined pushups and abs.

On Xmas I had a hypertrophy squat day. Seems like starting to really add a lot of pop to the hamstrings, my volume was kinda low but did more sets, probably too stressed and then still sore from the work from day before (shoulders, upper chest). Merry Christmas man how did you spend it. I spent more time in the gym than with the family this year haha.
Yeah the omega 3 fish oils helping the joints out a lot and overall more intensity. I do feel the soreness from all of that volume, I forgot to add another few sets (dropsets,think it was like 2-3 sets so it was a pyramid thing) and that means next time I can bump the overall weight/reps differential.Gabber Crew since 2005

Had a grrreat Christmas with lots of food and lots of guilt afterwards
Went to the gym for the first time today and put some of them extra calories to good use.
Fish oil... ran out back in August.
Forgot to get more.
Costco usually has good deals on vitamins and such, come January.
Will get some then probably.
Doctor Low ... it has a good ring to it!

Weighed at 164.8 , but my lifts are all going up and body is recomping fairly well. I think another pound is sure to come. I had a solid tricep and shoulder training session. I have been using a couple scoops (800 cals) one before bed one post workout. I should wrap up the log tomorrow with a full review afterwards. Hopefully confirming it with a few grams higher.
Wanted to get in and out so I got right to weighted pullups,not quite as explosive as a few days ago,,sleep wasnt optimal either. Kinda just not running on jet fuel. We will see a week from today.Gabber Crew since 2005
