I have been away from this forum for quite awhile and haven't really been keeping up with supplements. What are a few of the popular preworkouts nowadays that isn't made by MuscleTech or in the family of Iovate?

if you're a higher stim guy, would strongly recommend Dymatize's pre workout. Blue Star PPK also comes to mind as one I really enjoyed. Both are still 25% off in the store.

I think you know what I like in a pre workout but to give a summary of favorites

#1 for me God of War RED by Centurion Labz followed with God of Rage.

Followed with SP250 which I like more than Mesomorph, going to mix up some SP250 in a minute actually too.


Non-DMAA-AMP CIT, I use inbetween the stronger ones been using a lot of PES Prolific solid pre pretty cheap tastes really good that new melon berry is redic few others iv used few tubs Quake & C4 Ultimate

Dymatize sent me a tub of their Pre WO that's also pretty solid huge amount of cit the fruit chiller tastes like sweet tarts so that is a bonus over a pretty good pre workout

I totally forgot about this thread. I didn't end up ordering until today. I ordered some Mesomorph. Im really considering PPK. That one looks great. It is a bit pricey though. I did like the White Flood that was sent. I appreciate that. The gabba in it gives me a shortness of breath for a period then goes away, at least I am assuming it is the gabba. It kinda freaked me out at first.

the new mesomorph is decent - i have the green apple flavour on my desk for finishing work in 2 minutes and i'm out and straight to the gym

Back in MY 20's I grabbed a bottle of water. Now at 47 my pre-workout is still water. This pre-workout stuff is a big money maker, but somewhat of a scam if you ask me. Save your money. I was listening to a recent interview from Frank Zane, and he said all the big name guys during his era, even Arnold, would drink water when working out and that was it.

I think once you start to take a pre-workout, you are mentally sucked in that you need to have it all the time when working out.
