405 Bench
Finally hit 405 Bench. Posted in misc, but wanted to post here also. Around 5 years in the making. Hit 405 with extremely bad form 5 years ago(ass 2 ft in the air).
Also good motivation for anyone who's skinny looking to bulk. 10 years ago I weighed 135 lbs 6 ft tall and benched 135. Today I weigh 235. Tons of obstacles and constant hiccups from sickness to injuries but I made it happen.

how do you do this without steroids? My best max after 4 1/2 years was 225. Maybe I should get on gear or quit. I hate seeing people put up the numbers I deserve. I've become a bitter hater when it comes to fitness. You need to be strongest and most aesthetic so these ****s will like you but its impossible for people like me. No matter what I do I'm always at the bottom.
