Hey guys,
I want to know why I lose my progress on. Compund movements. I have been training for 7 years in the gy, I was taking the compund movements seriously about 4 years ago. My rotuinen involves squating, power cleans and push press as Main movements.
However, I hardly push press 50 kg, I am small dude, I have a Bruce lee body maybe even smaller. I am tired of that what do you guys recommend me do to gain mas and most importantly strength?

If you want to gain mass/strength you have to eat more, A LOT more and do not SHY away from the compound movements. They deliver the fastest "mass" builder than other movements.
But you have to be patient, stay consistent with your eating, your training and also get as much rest as you can. You don't grow in the gym, you grow while you sleep.On the list for Bannukah

Great feedback from others. I echo what they said.
But I would add that perhaps your training routine is NOT balanced.
If you do too much pushing but not enough pulling, not good. It results in imbalance.This above all..
To thine ownself be true..

I dont shy away from compund movements, I love the compund movements. I am only tired of not being able to progress as much as I wish. I have maybe very ambitious goals, but it would be awesome to achieve.
Somehow I feel I need to join either an olympic liftong gym or powerlifting gym to achieve that.
