Keto isn't any better than a normal calorie deficit. You don't need books. Read the stickies.

This. Just check out his latest guest on later today: http://www.biohackerslab.com/ep19-dr-shawn-baker/. This guy advocates a "carnivorous" all-meat "zero carb" diet without any fruits or vegetables. Even fuking Erik's podcast is actually way more informative and thought-provoking...and he's a 20-something miscer with no guests or sources beyond him using wikipedia as he's talking off the top of his head. Hell, he doesn't even need Aragon, Joe should just invite Erik on. Srs. That being said, Rogan has his moments of comedy, and maybe 1 out of 100 guests are honestly enlightening and 100% worthy of a full listen (Jordan Peterson, Neil Tyson, etc.)

How many RE studies are there that compared a carb based diet with keto after proper adaptation and then measured muscle growth?
I'm only aware of one study, the one by Wilson, which may contain frauded data according to rumors.
Afaik all the other studies didn't have proper adaptation and/or did not measure actual muscle growth.
