There are not many powerlifters that can touch those numbers. The 165 Class guy was younger, I believe, while Malak is an older lifter. Either way it was impressive watching those two put up the lifts to outdo each other.
Yeah Rocky dipped early on that one. No one could keep up with the lightweight weight monster and the Hulk lol. If you are stuck in the 198, 220, or 242 class it is hard to compete, Wilk's-wise, against super strong people in the the lighter or heavier weight classesYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Been lifting for 8 months so definitely not that. He mentioned upper body didn’t do as well as lower body in the past. Plus I don’t see too many women doing OHP in the weight room. So yea, I stand by my post that between OHP vs squats, he’d get more entrants with squats, unless the men really skip leg day.
Curls, everyone trains arms bc they’re sexy, so actually not surprised if he’d get the most out of that lift.
Thought we were playing nice now. Do you always bring the thunder this hard?
No, bc he makes posts saying things like slow steady cardio is better than fast paced cardio if you do it for the same length of time.......They said she's gone too far this time
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

dependson the weight class for guys. for the chicks, not sure. a 132 class woman won it with a 2 plate+ bench and another chick put up around the same. The heavier weight classes did not do as well against that. The mens' divisions, on the other hand, correlated fairly well with weight class versus weight lifted
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

I think bench and deadlifts will generally get the highest participation
squats are way too hard to judge IMO and someone will always be butthurt about the results
I vote for deadliftsAwesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Big benchers are usually not as good at deads or squats lol, besides, there are not many women lifters that are putting that kind of weight up on the regular. I think I have only seen two or three in the last two bench comps that did that.
\
Weighted pullups or V-taper
Choose one lol. I have noticed the guys best at pulling massive weight upwards are those that can pull big weight of the floor, which tends to leave you with a more "blocky" appearanceYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.
