New Mobile Optimized BMR / Calorie Need / Macro Calculators

Hi Everyone,

Several years back I created some Excel based BMR and Calorie Need / Macro Calculators and put them online for anyone to use free.
I got great feedback from them, however a majority of people are using their mobile devices now and fewer are using Excel on a desktop.
I have received a lot of requests to create mobile versions of my calculators.

In response to the demand I have now created mobile optimized versions of the free calculators at the links below.
You can calculate your BMR and Calorie needs, as well as enter your desired macro percentages and the calculator will break down your calorie and macro needs based on your specific info.
You also have the option to have your results emailed to you in report format, all free of charge.

Hey Mike, if you subscribe on the web site you will get updates when I publish new articles or content. You don't have to subscribe to use the calculators. They are completely free.
